Multiple actors
[edit]A number of sources describe actions by the Grey Wolves and other right-wing Turkish groups, and then seem to assume these were approved or run by the CIA. The connection is not always well documented, understandably if it was meant to be deniable, but also if it did not happen.
Better information on linkages really is needed.
